While it is easy to find venues for large-scale meetings of up to a few thousand participants, it is more difficult for organizers to select fully-equipped, well-functioning and pleasantly located conference centres or hotels for small meetings of 30 to 150 persons, particularly if there are severe budgetary constraints.
Thanks to ITST's monitoring and long-standing co-operation with its selected European conference sites - all located in safe regions - the services provided as well as the prices charged, continue to appeal to organizers of international meetings.

For many years our selected locations have hosted international meetings on a regular basis. The management and staff of these conference facilities have therefore been able to acquire considerable experience in the organization of international meetings. The conditions offered are most favourable. Prices usually include accommodation, full board, coffee breaks and the use of conference rooms and facilities.
At one of the above locations the local authorities are offering a special grant for groups of more than 50 people. This grant (which can be applied for with help from the management of the location) corresponds approximately to a 30 percent discount on the price for full board. PLEASE ENQUIRE !
